Ronin, would you be interested in translating "shut hell"? would you take a look at? it is a very interesting manga, and it is a gender bender like birdy and action like berserk.
I'd rather not. He's translating Birdy alone and it takes a lot of time to scanlate a single chapter even when they're short 20 page (currently 2 (sometimes 3) chapters per month). Picking another project the scanlation would slow down even more. And I doubt we'll see more than a chapter per month for both projects in best case scenario.
It's better to propose it to another scan group that take suggestions and have more people. For example: http://egscans.com/, but I don't know if they would take gender-swapping. But I doubt they are the only one who take suggestions.
You proposed another project and I gave you reasons probably why Ronin would not take it. And I gave you an alternative - to look in the forums of other groups with "Suggestions" in it. And I gave you the name of the only one group I know it have it - EGScans. The reason I gave you just this one is because I usually don't go to group's forums - I visit sites like mangafox, then go to the group's website and download the manga there (or go to mangatraders as alternative). And I haven't visited EGScans's forums for a long time and even then I think I posted no more than a dozen (or was it half a dozen?) posts, most of them in the "Suggestions" Subforum.
I already posted at EGSscans as you sugested (thank you for the sugestion) and a have a list of translators and i'm making contact one by one.I'm also a birdy fan, and it's nice to see that there are many dedicated fans worried about it.
I'll stick to just translating this. Not enough time for anything else. And instead of a donate button, buy the japanese editions of the manga. At least you will have some kind of hard copy of it then.
